Also, try nursing more often...both sides...switch back and forth during the feed...and drink LOTS more water/soup/juices, etc yourself. If YOUR urine is yellow, then you need to be drinking more fluids.

Relax when you nurse and try lying down.

fenugreek really works for me. being indian it was something i had already in the kitchen. I just soak a heaped teaspoon of seeds in water for a couple of hours, hold my breath, chew quickly swallow(it's bitter stuff) and drink a glass or more of water.

Results are obvious in 24-48 hours.

A 200gram pack costs about 10HKD (i think) and it will last you for four babies or more.
