colief - with expressed milk

OK bimbo question coming up.....

As the directions state:

If breastfeeding hand express a few mls - maybe 15ml and add 4 drops and give to baby. Then b/feed as usual.

However, if you are feeding by formula you need to add the drops 4 hrs prior to feeding for the drops to work (breakdown the lactose)

So, if I have a bottle of expressed milk for someone else to feed bubba can you just warm the milk to body temp and add the drops and feed straight away? Am thinking you must right?

Sleep deprived and not thinking straight!!

tks Cara,

Good tip re the 2 drops as the bottle is tiny and it aint cheap!!

Well not sure if its the colief - only 1 day, or the cranial osteopath/ IMT - but baby was so much calmer yesterday and settled in 30 mins at night managing to push out a 5.5 hr sleep!!, fed at 2am and went straight back down until 5:30 this morning then down for another hour, woke up and managed a smile... and only a little crying compared to he usual bellows!!!! - hoping very much I have found my secret weapons! Each day at a time!
