quality monogrammed cotton shirts - where?

Could anyone suggest a good place to get high quality monogrammed shirts for hubby? second wedding anniversary present........ so want something good! Do I need to go to designer shops? Alain Figaret comes to mind but is he any good? Or just crazily overpriced when compared to local tailors?

you can take one of his current shirts to a tailor and have shirts made with the monogram for a fraction of the cost of Alain Figaret
