URGENT: wheels repaired on trolley?

My Mandarina Duck trolley has wheels so worn down that they're unusable. I went to Mandarina Duck repairs centre directly and they told me they could not fix it because the model was too out of date. I'm rather attached to this otherwise sound piece of luggage and wondered if anyone could recommend an independent repair shop that might be able to just replace the wheels?

I fly Monday eve so quick advice would be most appreciated...
