where in taipei can i find a loreal/kerastase salon for a good hair cut and treatment? it will be the first time i get my waist length hair cut and styled so i want a competent, capable and english speaking stylist. thanks.

try this, tel# 27766199, the stylist called Egar! He's the best! My hair is almost waist long as well and he's done my hair for over 7 years before I moved here!! He's really good at layers!
