Well, there's a Pokka Cafe in Discovery Park (Level 1) and another one on Castle Peak Road. At least the coffee is first class, whatever you think of the food.

I am actually working in Tsuen Wan and you can find plenty of good food there. In Discovery Pack, there is Starbuck Cafe offering sandwiches, Deli France, Pizza hut, also upstairs the Outback Restaurant offering set lunch (American - Australian Suisine) and still at affordable price. Just nearby the Discovery Park there is also the Dining Room offering a good variety of set lunch as well with menu changing every 2 days! In Sha Tsui Road there are plenty of very good local / Taiwan food available and cheap but most offer only menu written in chinese... therefore you need to go with your colleagues if they are from HK. It's worst it!
