Hi there, I am hoping someone will be able to help me. I am wanting to ship my car from NZ to HK and have been looking at the websites with a raft of infoand it all seems quite complicated with getting emissions reports, noise reports etc. Is there one place or person anyone can recommend taht will sort all the paperwork for me right down to suggesting a shipping company ? Alternatively do you suggest we just buy a car here in HK ? Thanks for your help. Daryl

It is a subaru STI Type R coupe. Not exactly the common garden variety subaru.:o)

Since it's not a common breed, if you ship it here, you also need to consider who will / can do regular maintenance and repairs.

Might be an option. It is one of only 1500 WRC rally spec WRX coupes made in 1998. At the moment it is sitting in a garage in NZ waiting for me to get home in 2 years time. It is cheaper to get my one over here from what I have read, just seems to be a hassle. :o(

Thanks Notaclue. I am really particular about my car and do all the maintenance an mods myself. We are lucky enough to have a friendly mechanic on the ground floor of our building here who hassaid he will let me use his workshop.
