Hi,
I am an Indian national and last mont i got married to a chinese girl in India. it was a tradional marrige i am back in beijing now,
Can any body help me to get my marrige registered in china and what are the doucments we need and where is the office located,
i have a small news paper cutting in which it is stated that i got married to the chinese citizen and also a certificate from the temple that our marrige was performed,
But i want to register it offical

You don't need to get married twice if the first marriage ceremony is a legal wedding in India. All you need to do is get an original of your Indian marriage license or marriage certificate and have it legalized by the Chinese consulate serving the city in India where the license was issued. Use that legalized document as proof of marriage in China.

If you are talking about the mainland China, instead of HK, there is no way you can get your marriage registered.
Under the PRC Marriage Act and the Regulation Governing Marriage Registration, the only registration about marriage is when you are getting married, you go through all the legal formalities with the local governmental agent and that is called Marriage registration. There is no other way to get your marriage, which was conducted in another jurisdition already, registered to prove its validity in mainland China.
If the certificate or any other proof you hold regarding your marriage is recoganized and valid under Indian law, then somehow it will be recoganized under PRC law.

Question, do you have a legal marriage certificate from the India government?
If you are already married in the eyes of the Indian government, then you need no further marriage registration in China. Chinese government will recognize marriage certificates issued by any foreign government.
To register for marriage in China, both of you need to provide evidence that you are not married. So if your marriage in India was never registered, then got a notorized letter from the Indian government saying you are single. Ask your girl to a similar proof from her place of residence. Take these 2 letters and proper identification to the closes marriage registration office. and you'll have legal Chinese marriage.

Not so simple. You also need to have your passport translated at the place specified by the marriage registration office.
The best thing to do is go to the marriage registration office for foreigners and ask for the exact process to follow.
