Does anyone know of a place to find a stroller that has a standing bar in the back for a second/older child to stand? Lightweight is good too.

PegPerego P3 has the standing bar. But it's quite heavy.

You might try Bumps2Babes - call them first. Or look at the classifieds here (that is where I got mine) or do some ebay and google searches...
