Could someone give me names of reputable contractors- whether local or not, who could repaint our apartment for a good price? Or visit and give me quotes? A few questions for those who know:
1. when is the best time to repaint?
2. we have moldy spots on our bedroom ceiling and hallway ceiling, nothing major and all other walls are fine should they just do this or the whole apartment?
3. the place is furnished can they work around that? do we need to move out for a bit? how long will it take for paint to dry and us to move back in safely?
4. we want them to use dulux anti fungal paint which i read from previous threads is good, will this cost a lot?
the place is 900 sqft. Only living/dining, 3 bedrooms will be repainted. kitchen and 2 toilets are ok.

If you go with local contractors, you should be able to get a quite well below HKD12,000.
BTW - I understand WoDer is Wolfgang himself. WoDer, at least be up-front about your marketing.
