I am headed into Jakarta for a few days and I am having trouble locating any hostels/guesthouses/hotels with rooms for less than $20 US a night. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

There are some great hotels here in Jakarta, but they are generally not in that price range. There is a well-known backpacker area, but I don't know the accommodation establishments located there. You could try the following link, but even then I note there's only 2 places listed.
