My brother and his girlfriend has a flat in ShenZhen, half and half share. Now they are splitting up and my brother wants to sell the flat. His girlfriend doesn't. My brother wants to change his name to me. Is there anyway to do it without contacting the woman because he doesn't want to contact her again.

Talk to a lawyer in Shenzhen, they will be able to give you the right answer...

I am not sure how much they charged, but my wife might know some lawyers that can help. Are you Chinese? Can you speak and communicate with them in their language. It makes a big difference when it comes to cost, they tends to take advantage if they realize you are not asian...Will PM after getting info with the wife
