When is baby's growth spurth?

Hi..I have a 8 week old bub. Wondering when is the common growth spurth that i should be prepared for? my bub has gone through a spurth around 3-4 weeks. and i heard there's one around 8-9 week (though am not feeling it as intense as the 3-4 weeks). during the 3-4 week, my bub had breast milk and almost finished all the frozen expressed breast milk (EBM). During the 8-9 week spurth, my milk seems enough for him to direct latch on, and he didn't use up any of the frozen EBM. so i am wondering whether it was a spurth to him during the 8-9 week.

It's been a few years but if i remember correctly it's 2-3 wks, 4-6 wks, 3, 4, 6 and 9 months.

BUT remember each baby is different, they don't go by a calender and treat yours as individual as it is.

It also depends on whether your baby was term or a preemie.

3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months 6 months is the usual, but as Totty said, they're all different, just like us!

They do the growth spurt to increase your milk, so just put your baby on more, drink more fluids and let HIM bring your milk production up, rather than supplementing which compromises your production.
