I'm looking for a book/website that can tell me about the pros and cons of schools in HK for pre-school and over, so that I can make a comparison.

See if you can get a copy of the SCMP of June 16 (Sunday) which apparently had a Good School Guide in it. Alternatively the library will have a copy.
