Hello All,


I have been using a BB for some time now with 3 and find my bills to be too high. This is caused by incoming long distance calls and junk mail when roaming. My plan just doesnt cover my patterns of travel and usage the way I like to getting a mobile phone in addition too my BB seems to be the only solution. Has anyone else had the same issues and if so how did you solve them?

Get unlimited usage locally or internationally.


I am unlimited usage locally and my bill is $468 with Smartone.

Not sure what roaming is... i think For unlimited usage with roaming is like $600 something.. Cant quite remember! I have put my smartone contact on the other thread!

often the biggest expense when roaming is your incoming and outgoing calls when traveling. Try using a separate handset for all voice comm with a SIM card from a company called buzzroam. (www.buzzroam.com) There rates are a lot better than any contact you can get in HK, and you can divert your HK mobile number to their card for free...

For roaming data call and voice call, I prefer Smartone-vodafone data SIM and voice SIM. The charge is depends on how value you charge. It is easily to control budget and usage.
