I have bought a fake Tiffany item off eBay. In order to pursue my claim for a refund I need to get it appraised by a qualified 3rd party. The actual Tiffany store doesn't do appraisals, so I need to go somewhere. Suggestions please - somewhere that doesn't cost a lot as the item only cost me about $400 on eBay. Thanks
