This isn't authentic Chinese food at all! So your best bet is to go back to the States to have it as I don't think you can have it anywhere in Hong Kong, nor any other Chinese societies.

You know what, never seen or heard of General Tsao's chicken outside the United States of America. You'll probably have better luck looking for the recipe online.
