Any idea if I have to pay as a foreign company provident fund to my local staff in Bangladesh? Is there any law? (new?)Thanks mcuh for your help!

Suggest you check with a Bangla attorney - it's a matter of domestic law if you are obliged to contribute to your co. staff provident fund. In most countries the rule would turn on place of residence of the staff not the employer.
