Does anyone know of a store selling these kinds of whole grain/baking products? I'm coming down from Guangzhou and would like to buy some. If you know of anything like this in Kowloon or Hong Kong I'd really appreciate it.

Try Three-Sixty in The Landmark. Or Healthgate. I hear that Great in Pacific Place carries some of the stuff too.
