Any one hear of a gym opening in Sai Kung.

Rumour it may be next to Pepperonis....


If not.... anyone with a few $$ thinking of opening a great gym in Sai Kung. It certainly would be very successful.

wow, that suprises me really. thought the market for a gym in SK would have been good. so many expats, overweight fathers, mums wanting a break from family. perhaps the sport "clubs" take the market?

one Gym was very small but o.k as there isn't anything else within striking distance of Sai Kung. Unfortunately the owner didn't keep it clean or open when he was meant to thus loosing members.I know many people who would join a gym if there was a decent one in SK.

another piece of the puzzle. it's been said that Wayne Parfitt owns the place. has he dropped it as a gym? can anyone convince him to open the doors, clean it, modernise it and market it? or are we looking at another Krispy Kreme branch...

The location that was "One Gym" is currently going through a change of identity and will open soon as a Personal Training Studio called "Basecamp". It will run in conjunction with it's sister programme "Fitcamp" an outdoor exercise programme which runs 6 sessions a week in the Sai Kung and CWB area.

Unfortunately the new gym in SK charges way too much for a few pieces of equipment and no classes. a big pity as a lot of people were looking forward to it!
