Can anyone suggest a good anti ageing clinic or a good doctor that has experience in adminstering growth hormone and the like. cost is not a problem.

yeah, try Dr. Tinny Ho or her partner Dr. Leo Chow. They are experienced cosmetic dermatologists and have good facilities for lasers and many other treatments. I am the regular patient of them.
