Looking for reliable hosting company in HK

I am looking for a good hosting company based in Hong Kong for client sites.


Here are the things that we consider necessary to be able to work with a Hong Kong company:




- Pricing that is competitive in the global market place of the internet

- Accurate, informative and timely billing

- Easy configuration of sites using CPanel/PLESK etc.

- Support for recent versions of popular Open Source applications (joomla, moodle, etc.)

- Reliable “up time” for servers

- Minimum of unexplained periods where servers run extremely slow

- Good communication especially of upcoming maintenance etc in English

- Rapid response to technical enquiries in English (by rapid I mean no more than 2 hours delay for a reply with a possible solution).

- Easy to scale plans in the future
