Whoever you use, be aware of an interesting small-print provision in many local policies that excludes many "original fittings" from any coverage. This includes HSBC. They say: if you renovated, fine. But if the floor or windows or whatever were part of the original flat, damage is not covered. This has implications for damage caused by typhoons, fire, etc. I have a policy from Cathay/Zurich for "all risk." Don't know about Kwiksure.
