One great store is Lyndhurst terrace, opposite the Ammerican Nutrition store, just look up, its called "Flow" on the 1st floor next to the elevator.
If you are venturing out to Sai Kung, there is a fabulous bookshop on the mainroad, a wide range of English books, kids included.

There's another 2nd hand book store.. up on Park Road, opposite St. Stephen's Girls College, you can also buy coffee/tea/sandwiches..

There is also http://www.betterworld.com/ which ships worlwide for 3 USD per book.
They have new and second hand books.
