Has anyone gone to the maternal and child health clinics for vaccinations? Or do you use a regular GP or pediatrician? I've heard someone mention there are well baby clinics at some hospitals as well. Does anyone have details or experience in regards to this, not sure what to do as this will be first baby. No HKID, so will be paying out of pocket. Not sure if insurance will cover.

I am pretty certain that you need HKID to use the MCH for vaccinations, and then they are free, otherwise you will be treated as a private patient and that will be really expensive. Mthe MCH clinics are a bit old fashioned but very good. Usually insurance will not cover the vaccinations at a private doctors but will cover the visit to the doctor.
