BBQ - any rules for use on your balcony/terrace?

Hi,

We have a little terrace attached to our apartment on the 1/F. No other apartments in our block (only 15 apartments, one on each floor) have balconies/terraces.

Could anyone please tell me if there are some regulations about when we can use our bbq on the terrace? We fear that the other residents might get annoyed by the smoke/smell of the bbq.

Do you have any experience with this?

Not sure if there are any regulations but we have been bbqing on our balcony for over 2 years. My theory is do something until someone tells you not to!
