I have been trying to find ribbon to put in my daughters hair and can't find a shop in central. Does anyone know of a place to find ribbon near central?

Where on Pottinger Street. I was just there yesterday but didn't see any ribbon. Is there a store front?

There are little stores lined up on side of the steps. The steps are next to H&M. I don't know if they are open on Sundays, on weekdays they are definitely open.

Absolutely, go any weekday or Saturday (from memory I went on a Sunday a couple of years ago and they were all boarded up) and you will have a huge selection to choose from in terms of colours & width etc.
