If he think that you are not willing to meet him, whats the point for him to waste time chatting with you again. You can invite him to visit you with nice tone? telling him that you are tied up with job or other reason? how deeply you two knowing each other for 2 months online chatting?

in this case, you should carry on and find other guy whose willing to come to china and meet you. is it easy for you to apply a visa if go to australia? i think if a guy really likes you and cares about you, he would send you some money for you to fly over. if not then drop it.
