Hi, I lived in Singapore for 3 and ahalf years beofre moving to HK just over 1 year ago. I was on a dependent pass attached to my husband's work visa also. It is actually very easy to work on a dependent pass - your employer will just have to attain a 'letter of consent' from the imm dept. - a formality rather than a difficult process. I am a school teacher, so employment was no problem for me...of course the sort of job you want or what your qualifications are will affect your employability....If you have any other questions I am happy to help if I can!
