We are going to be traveling to the states from HKG with our 18 month twins.
Does anybody know of any homeophatic remedie, that is safe to use,that can make them sleep a little bit during the long flight. We will be traveling at night but just incase they can't sleep i would like to have a plan B. We will be bringing toys, stickers, crayons,playdough, books,
cards to entertain them as much as possible.
Has anybody used anything?

Hi..i have always given phenargan...though its not homeopathic...u can check it with ur doc about it and the dose depending upon the weight of ur twins..

Definitely Hylands teething tabs...and let them run around in a safe place in the airport before getting on the flight to tire them out! Will they accept wearing those eyeshades?
