Do you have to wait 3-4 days between a new fruit introduction?
Thanks

we kept the 3 day rule until we inroduced a few fruits and were certain they weren't causing problems. But if you do introduce faster, and then there is an allergic reaction, you just need to backtrack to figure out what it was.

i stopped doing the 3 days thing as well. we are introducing new things back to back...we've been ok so far. Unless you have allergies in the family, like my hubby is allergic to melons so we're not going to introduce them until 9mths. but other fruits we're ok, except for berries which i think have a higher chance of cause allergies too.

yep, stopped doing 3 day rule after a little while, just make sure you keep an eye on the little one when introducing new food, and do one new food a day so you can figure out if there is a reaction.

When commencing solids it is advisable to introduce small amounts of a new food gradually over three days. The baby can continue to eat all previous foods that have been introduced and are well tolerated but this way you can identify the problem food if there is an allergic reaction.
