I got an email from them recently saying it was a 1 week turnaround - but I don't know.
their products are pretty great however -they wash well (their vinyl labels stay on and don't fade even in the dishwasher).
For another approach - HP makes a bunch of different "make it yourself" label type things - you can easily make some labels if you have an inkjet printer. I made my own iron on t-shirts a few years back - no reason you couldn't make your own iron on clothing labels either.

you have to buy the iron on labels - I've seen that at fortress and wanchai computer center.
It's a lot easier if you use programs like publisher, Quark or Pagemaker to lay out the iron on transfer it self - but you can even do it on word - you'll just have less control and ease of movement of items. You lay it out, and then print and then you have your iron on.

The Aston Wilson uniform shop in Jordan will make sew in labels to order. Its on the 8th floor of the Will Strong building on Parkes Street. The easiest option is to buy a laundery marker, available from most stationers for around $8 and write their names on. It will last a lot of washes ( about a year) before you need to write it again. Takes seconds.
