I would like to buy/ adopt a dwarf bunny rabbit and would like to know where I can go to buy one?

Just an opinion from an owner of a rabbit. I have a Lop-ear rabbit. I don't know the difference in size comparing to a Dwarf rabbit, but I have to tell you it grew up into a large one. It's a size of a fat cat now.
I feel awful for keeping him in a cage! The reason why I can't let him run around the house a lot is because he urinates near electricity and chews (destroys) cables, shoes and so on. So, think twice before you get a rabbit unless you have a garden. I really feel quilty for not letting him run like rabbits naturally do.
