I make it sometimes, but buying the Amul packets is so much more convenient. Have them in your freezer and use the pieces whenever you feel like a matar-paneer or palak-paneer......

City Super at both Time Square and IFC. It is at the fridge area - where they have Haloumi Cheese. It is an Australian brand and i think is around HK$35.

You also get paneer (cottage cheese) at welcome at the cheese section normally where all the other different types of cheeses are kept like the feta etc....
