Thinking about making castagnaccio soon, when chestnuts are in season. Has anyone seen chestnut flour on their travels around Hong Kong? Or knows where it will be available?

you can try Il bel Paese locations on Caine rd, and Queens Rd East, wan Chai.. Call and ask for Massimo, he can tell you if he has in stock.
