I know someone that had their bunions operated on, and it has made a huge difference to them. Not fun, and they were off their feet for a while, but they feel so much better!

It depends on how large and bad the bunions are, you should check with Dr. sometimes they can be broken with laser treatment. I had one done 15 years ago, and very truthfully it hurt like hell, and I was off my foot for at least one full month. It was worth it in the end. Just be informed and check with Dr. Many different techniques now available.

Ceeh: If the bunion is not so large, the laser waves, can break up the ''crystals/bone'' that form the bunion.
niju. I would ask around, I did my surgery in the USA, and Switzerland. Try Google search for local Dr. and ask how many of these operations he has performed, and what was the end result. It was about US$5.000 for mine.
