Has anyone found any good computer software or books/cd's that teach Cantonese or Mandarin that you would recommend? Or any that you would NOT recommend? Also, anyone know of a good Mandarin tutor on Hong Kong Island?

You could try British Council, which offers regular Mandarin courses for English speakers.
I guess the University of Hong Kong's SPACE (its external education section) also offers similar courses. Their courses are often held on HK Island.
