Does anyone know where I can pick up prints/artwork (other than Ikea). I don't want anything expensive, but just brighten up our apartment. I am looking for somewhere that has a range of prints, from modern to impressionism, cubism, etc. Thanks in advance.

How about a trip to the Dafen artists 'village' in Shenzhen? Interesting originals to be found in a sea of copies of varying quality. They can also paint from photos and I have seen a few good ones done. It is about a 30 kuai taxi ride from the Shangri-la near the Lowu commercial centre when you get off the train. Get the doorman to talk to the driver for you and make sure he puts on the meter.
