Hi I've just moved to Happy Valley from Australia & I'm looking for a Hairdresser that can do good blonde colourings & a salon for waxing and eyelash tinting.
Any ideas?

i would go to Esprit salon in Casueway bay - the salon is only a 10 minute walk from teh valley
