Many dvd's can be copied on your home computer. Is it a homemade one? or a movie you have purchased? Some discs have anti-copy measures included. Without knowing I couldn't make the best suggestion.

Also, the price of DVD recorders has come way down recently, and if you have a separate DVD player you just connect the two and make it happen. If you ever plan to copy more than one DVD, this is a viable option. As hmm says, some DVDs are copy-protected. Also, if the DVD you want to copy is itself a copy, sometimes the signal is not quite strong enough for the DVD recorder to "read" and it might not work. Finally, though I can't offer specific places, I can tell you as I have walked around Wanchai District many times, some small shops have signs in front offering this service. Notwithstanding copyright issues, etc., this is all I could suggest.
