Can you stretch leather shoes?

Daughters tap shoes leather are almost new but a little tight. Can I get them stretched?If so where?

take to good shoe repair shop, will take a couple of days. I took mine to one in Queensway fit perfectly now

A little rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol)applied to the inside of the shoe will give tight spots a little stretch.

Alcohol inside+thick socks will do the job.
