looking for a help bed 66 by 26 inches (to fit the room). Tried classified... To get it custom made is expensive. Anywhere that specialises in these smaller beds?

66*26 ? Is it a room or a wardrobe? My Ikea wardrobe depth was actually bigger than 26 inches !
What about putting a table, chair and wardrobe in her room for her own use and let her sleep on a decent matrass or foldable bed in the living room or with the kids?
I may sound judgemental, but am just amazed by the sound of the size of the room...
Hope your helper is not as tall or big as myself... wouldn't fit on that bed...
Other wise, what my dad did when I was a kid to match a non standard size bed was to buy a foam matress, open the cover, cut the extra foam with a bread knife and stitch back the cover (or ask the helper to sew it back correctly). You can find those basic foam matresses in Ikea, though cheaper options are probably available elsewhere in HK, as Ikea seems to be on the expensive side here, compared to local (well, mainland) products.

Mayita - that's the area for the bed only. The room is bigger, but still quite small. This is in "The Waterfront" apartments. I assume the developer has met all legal stadards regarding room size...
I think sleeping in the small maids room is a reasonable request.

Try Jade Rattan in Wanchai Rd. Not sure of the dimensions, but they can make to order, and the beds usually have drawers underneath

I bought my maid bed last month(loft bed-so she have more space underneath)in Jade Rattan in whampoa garden(kowloon).the size is 74.5x33.5 inches and 69inches high.-cost 1850HKD -that was the smallest i found and took 2 weeks because they make this bed in mainland.I tried Ikea BUT didn't have smaller size.
