Hi,

I need to have a large red felt hat made. Does anyone know where I could go for that? Any rough idea of the price? Thanks in advance!

I - and others - have previously posted details of hat-makers a few times on Practical and maybe Women Only. Do a search for 'Hats' and you should find some contact info.

P.S. When I bought a felt (Akubra) hat in Oz I was told it took something like 7 (or was it 11?) bunnies to make it!

The felt for Akubras is made from rabbit fur.
