How to wean off formula onto cows milk

I want to switch my 17mo over to cows milk. She is currently on Promil formula. Is it ok to mix cows milk with formula to slowly wean her off formula?

SJ - yes, from 12 mnths. What we are doing is giving them formula in the morning and bed-time (the only reason is to get a bit more vitamins etc into them) and milk at 2.30 pm. They LOVE the real milk I must say.

Yes, continue to mix the formula milk as per instructions then combine with cow's milk to a ratio your child will accept.

We mixed formula (made with water in accordance with the instructions) and cows milk together for both of our children and changed them over to cows milk within a week. We just gradually increased the proportion of cows milk each day.
