I've been dismissed from my job without any prior warning either written or verbal, I've never had any job assessment or evaluation. Just suddenly fired. What can I do? This doesn't seem legal.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, check your contract. And even then, contracts on the Mainland are not worth much.

Your only recourse would be to go to the Labor Bureau.
