What is that in Stanley Bay?

I've noticed a large structure in the Lama Channel, just beyond Stanley Bay. It looks like a multi-story scaffold or a billboard mount. Does anyone know what it is?

I'm OOT at the moment, so can't see, but reminds me of "The Bamboo Man" that was in HK about 15 years ago. Can't remember much about it, other than it was a large structure on a floating barge that looked like a bamboo man!

I saw that too. I thought it looked like part of a bridge, but, it just sat there...then it was gone

didn't see it, but could have been a barge with cranes they use for unloading ships at sea.
