My son will be having his 2nd year birthday soon, I am thinking of having a clown just for an hour or so to give a show. But hubby said he is too young to have clown for his party....anyone have tried it before? if you maybe you can also pass me a number of a clown you already tried before, reasonable price please. Thanks!

My daughters were terrified of clowns at this age...and afraid of Santa too! I would not recommend this.

hi abby, i'll have my baby's first party, i won't have clown, but i'll definetely hire an entertainer so it would be fun, i have some contacts but can't make referral as i haven't seen their "work" yet. Haven't discussed what will they do.

Get some bubble liquid and play pop the bubbles.

Ring around the rosie/hokey pokey.

Give them stickers and they can stick them on a piece of paper.

Simple but fun is best and just free play.

You might want to do decorate your own cupcake.

Lots of playdough to play with...send the rest home as a gift.

Take him out and decorate the house and bring him back in. He will be SO surprised!

the cupcake idea sounds fun, but the party will be held in a clubhouse, I dont know if they allow me to bring my own food, or maybe I can request cuocakes and I will buy decorations, now they sell them at PNS too. Will try that, thanks for the input ruth
