where can i find a not so expensive one and where to have it done? M.A.C does them but i'm afraid that it'll be out of the budget.i've seen loads on TV which actresses use to have a more matte look without looking so pale so i'd like to give it a go. i guess this is also what give celebrities a nice shine and glow on their pretty faces. thanks in advance for the help. =)

Prescriptives do a good one - I've always rated their makeup, not sure where you can buy it here though.
