My baby has turned 7 months old, he has been on solids for 1 month now. I would like to try some of the receipes from Annabel Karmel's book.But I am worried if it is ok to be cooking for a baby with vegetable oil.
Steaming is the main method of cooking. Will he be able to tolerate and process oil at this yound age?
