On first impression I have two comments:
1) It now takes longer to access the Advice Forums. I think I had to click several times to reach here, but that could just be because I don't know my way around the new design yet and might yet discover short cuts to get to where I want to.
2) Any chance you could bold up the text in black? I suspect this pale blue could be a strain on the eyes after a while.

Looking at another colour for the text.
As for nav the old site was messy with loads of options on the left side bar - now we have organized the content into a small number of channels e.g. Property... as with anything new it takes a bit of getting used to but I am confident going forward the new format will be far more user-friendly.

Is it just my computer, or does the search facility on the advice forums not work? I type something in, search, and get absolutley nothing. Maybe it's my settings, but it never happened before with the old site

Looking at the font issue - the flashing ads are gone - as you can see we moved them up below the super banner and added text ads as well... now we have only 3 animated ads on the page...
